Learn Holistic Healing techniques – specially designed mini workshops
For those of you with a keen interest in learning the healing processes for yourself, to heal yourself whenever and wherever you are, I run mini workshops that take 2 hours of your time, so you learn the essentials, no fluff or filling time unnecessarily with techniques you can easily practice at home – I call that homework.
Why do I do it like this? Well, I remember when I wanted to retrain and it was hard to find training courses that ran over weekends only or that could be fitted into a day or half a day’s of my valuable time and still leave me with space to be with my family and other commitments. So my mini workshops help women who have busy careers and lives in general who really feel the call to learn energy healing techniques just for themselves (because of personal health challenges or are thinking of/ or want a change of career) to learn an energy healing process easily and effectively.
Most people called to work with energy healing will be on their own individual journey that will lead them on a path unique from anyone else. Because of this I feel that given the right tools, how you work with them will be unique to the gifts and talents that you go onto develop. There is no need for me to teach you to work with them in exactly the same way I do, as the world needs variety not sameness! People will resonate with how you work and be called to seek you out over someone else because of what YOU bring through in your healing (not the name of the art itself). And to me, it’s all natural and all good in the world of holistic healing!
I see a growing movement of people seeking to reconnect with the beauty of nature – how it can help us heal and a hunger for healing that starts from within first; one of my gifts is to pass on the ‘how to’ to as many people called to work in this way as possible and keep the spirit of them flowing. When you rediscover the amazingness of your body’s ability to heal in a way that works with your intrinsic nature of wholeness you can open up into a world of beautiful connection, centredness and gratitude for life and being yourself.
The Munay Ki Rites are energetic transmissions that heal the wounds of the past – your karmic and genetic inheritance. They re-inform your DNA, enabling you to grow a new body – one that ages, heals and dies differently. The Munay-Ki is your invitation to dream an entire new world into being.
The Munay-Ki helps us to become instruments of peace and agents for change and transformation. As you are initiated into the Nine Rites you join a group of ordinary men and women who lead extraordinary lives – the Earthkeepers or medicine people of the Americas. As you experience the Munay-Ki, you’ll feel the presence and sense of wisdom of these luminous ones who have broken out of linear time and now dwell in infinity.
The Munay Ki can be transmitted individually or in a small group and can be taken as separate mini workshops or combined in a 1 day workshop.
Once you have received the Munay Ki transmissions you can then gift them to others.
The Munay Ki prophecies
The Q’ero are the last of the Incas – a tribe of 600 who sought refuge at altitudes above 14,000 feet in order to escape the conquering conquistadors. These were the Laika… the long haired ones… the medicine men and women. For 500 years these elders have preserved a sacred prophecy of a great change, or pacha-kutti, in which the world would be turned right side up, harmony and order would be restored, and chaos and disorder ended.
The Prophecies of the ancient Americas are optimistic, they speak about this time as a period of great transformation, a time to make an extraordinary difference in the world, they foretell of a new human appearing on the planet – a person of wisdom and power who lives free of fear and abides in their eternal nature, accepting stewardship for all creation.
It’s not the return of a single individual who embodies what we’re becoming, but a process of emergence available to ALL peoples. The Q’ero have served as the caretakers of the rites and prophecies of their Inca ancestors, these prophecies are of no use unless one has the keys: the RITES OF PASSAGE, the Munay Ki. This is a body of knowledge, the rites and processes handed down by the Laika… the medicine men and women that have held these teachings sacred high in the Andes since the time of the conquistadors. These are the codes of the new human that is emerging now on this planet.
Foundation Rites: £55
Healers Rite – Connects you to a lineage of luminous beings from the past who come to assist you in your personal transformation. Awakens the healing power in your hands so that everyone you touch is blessed. The Laika know that we have tremendous spiritual assistance available, and these luminous ones work on us during meditation and in our sleep to heal the wounds of the past and of our ancestors.
Bands of Power – Five luminous belts that are woven into the luminous energy field (LEF) for protection. The five energetic bands represent earth, air, fire, water and pure light. They act as filters, breaking down any negative energy that comes towards you into one of the five elements. These energies then feed your LEF instead of making you sick. The bands of power are always ‘on’, and negative energy bounces right off them, in a world filled with fear, the bands provide essential protection.
The Harmony Rite – Seven archetypes are reawakened in the chakras. They are the universal organising principles, creating balance and helping to combust the psychic sludge that builds up in your chakras, so that your chakras can shine with their original light as you acquire a rainbow body.
The Seer Rite – Extra-cerebral pathways of light are installed that connect the visual cortex with the third eye and the heart chakra. This awakens the ‘inner seer’ and your ability to perceive the invisible world of energy and spirit.
Advanced Rites: £45
The Day-keeper Rite – Calling upon the Guardians of ancient stone alters such as Machu Picchu and Stonehenge to heal the inner feminine. You connect to a lineage of master healers from the past. Daykeepers are able to call on the ancient alters to heal and bring balance to the earth, call on the sun to rise each day, and bring humans into harmony with mother earth. They are the midwives, herbalists. This rite helps you begin to heal your inner feminine, step beyond fear, and practice peace.
The Wisdom-keeper Rite – Connecting with the ancient medicine men and women to heal the inner masculine. You connect to a lineage of luminous beings from the past and the future. This rite is associated with the snow-capped mountains, perhaps a distant memory of our ancestors from the Himalayas, Mount Sinai, Mount Fuji, or Mount Olympus. This rite helps you to begin to heal your masculine, step outside of time, become steeped in the medicine teachings and taste infinity.
The Earth-keeper Rite – Connecting with a linage of ascended luminous beings to bring harmony and balance to any situation. This rite connects you to a lineage of archangels that are guardians of our galaxy. They are stewards of all life on earth. This rite connects you to the stars, and to the sun, our local star. It helps you to learn the ways of the seer and dream the world into being.
Rites of Times to Come: £35
The Star-keeper Rite – This rite anchors you safely to the time after the great change, said to occur around 2012. Your physical body begins to evolve into homo luminous, the ageing process is slowed down, your DNA is re-informed and you become more resistant to disease.
The Creator Rite – Flying wingtip to wingtip with Great Spirit to be co-creator of your own destiny. Awakens the Creator-light within, and brings forth a sense of stewardship for all creation, from the smallest grain of sand to the largest cluster of galaxies in the universe
Learn how to channel Usui Reiki healing for yourself and others. Reiki attunements open and awake your healing abilities helping you to clear and cleanse your chakras and energy field from stagnant blocked energy. I teach all levels of Reiki:
Reiki 1: is generally for those who want to know how to heal just for themselves.
Reiki 2: you are taught how to heal others, as a channel for the Reiki energy your healing path begins and will unfold in the way that is different for each and every one of us. You will be given the resources to further your knowledge at home (homework) and this will also give you the opportunity to integrate the initiation at your own pace.

If you wish to take Level 3 Reiki Master Practitioner then you must complete Reiki 1 and Reiki 2 whether that’s with me or a different Reiki Master and again this is a taken as mini workshop.

The Rite of the Womb* was gifted to Marcela Lobos by the Medicine Women of Peru in 2014.
Since then, Marcela has initiated many more women who continue to share its energy worldwide.
Although technically this would be the 10th Munay-Ki rite, it is called the 13th Rite in honour of the 13 moons, divine feminine energy and the cycles of our womb, releasing trauma from the womb and bringing strength and support to your own creativity on all levels.
Women of any age can take this Rite. (including pre-menarche girls). There is no pre-requisite to receive this Rite.
It is given woman to woman in small groups or 1:1 to heal the individual, the collective and Mother Earth.
Nurturing the Rite – Moon-Time Ritual
Once you have received the The Rite of the Womb there are 3 ways to nurture your initiation rite with a simple ritual to honour your womb and Mother Earth for the next 13 moons or for as long as you feel is right for you.
During your moon-time find an intimate space and time to give some of your menstrual blood to the Earth. You may bleed directly on the Earth or you may collect some of your blood in a small container and pour it gently on the Earth while repeating the following words:
I release my fear so I may embrace freedom
I release my pain so I may embrace joy
I release my anger so I may embrace compassion
I release my sadness so I may embrace peace

Experience the Power of the Shamanic Drum for healing Body, Mind & Spirit
The vibrations of the drumbeat encourage mental, emotional and spiritual energy bodies to realign and the chakras and meridians to balance, to bring about emotional and mental harmony. Drumming removes blockages and dissipates stagnant energy in the body and it’s space.
Scientifically, there have been many research studies conducted to discover the effect sound and drumming has on the human body and psyche. What research has shown is that drumming even for a short period of time can induce an alpha state – the brainwaves associated with well-being and happiness. This is because drumming accesses the whole brain, synchronising the two cerebral hemispheres, engaging both logical left brain and intuitive right brain.
It has also been shown to generate dynamic neuronal connections in the brain, even when there has been significant damage such as after a stroke.
On a physical level drumming has shown to alter endocrine and immunological response in a person, positively affecting cortisol levels, blood pressure, heart rate and blood flow, natural killer cells are more active and drumming aids the production of endorphins and endogenous opiates assisting in pain control.
